Kris brings a wealth of experience, having worked at different yoga studios, festivals, and leading several retreats. He's also a co-founder of Container Gym and has established a strong network within the fitness community. Then there’s Valley, whose journey in fitness has been significantly shaped by her mentorship with the legendary Axel Gottlob. It’s not just her impressive training that sets her apart, but her relentless pursuit of knowledge.

Together, Kris and Valley offer a blend of experience, passion, and expertise that’s hard to find anywhere else.
